arms?!

So I'm the only one who showed up to the dojo tonight. Her virus cured and me a kilo over from too much weekend eating, we pulled out all the stops and got to work. A few hundred sit-ups, 200 supermans and 50 push-ups to get the blood flowing and then a good hour of sweating. And to finish it off: arms! Who needs weights when just raising and lowering your own arms in various positions is more than enough to get that lovely muscles-burning-so-much-I-can't-scratch-my-butt sensation.
