Papa is experiencing massive south-of-the-mason-dixon culture shock. Apparently locals are such rabid fans of UNC, even the fire engines are "Carolina blue".

Look man, why you gots to be a hater? "Rabid fans of UNC?" Come on. Sky blue is the state color. You see it EVERYWHERE, even on Duke's campus. Massive culture shock... dude, it's North Carolina. Who cares? I saw yellow fire trucks in San Fran.
