yearly health check

Went in for my yearly check-up this AM.
height: 167cm
weight: 68k
waist: 70cm
BMI: 24 = nearly overweight.
I suspect I am about 13% body-fat today, so we'll just take that magical BMI number with a bit of skepticism eh.

Also, nurse who took blood was very good; chatty and fast, needle in as painlessly as is possible, done in seconds. I watched the whole time, everything good, then she asks how I am feeling. "Yeah I usually pass out, but last year I was OK, so I think I'm good."
"Oh," she says, "You usually black out?"
"Well, not last year!"
"Ah, but see people who black out once, their brain generally has an expectation for it again; creatures of habit. So..."
And then as she draws the needle out and puts on the band-aid...fade...to...black...
She was definitely expecting it. There was already another nurse standing behind me and as soon as I started slumping forward she caught my shoulders before I face-planted into the table and they both dragged my chair over to the bed and lay me down.

Yes, my skills are impressive, indeed.

Blood draw, pass out; MMA no problem?! Strange child; very strange.
